How To: Add Work Records

There are multiple options when it comes to adding Work Records in TreePlotter™ INVENTORY.  How you choose to add Work Records will be determined by your specific workflow and operational procedures. There are ways to add Work Records for a single tree, or for multiple trees at one time. Users can add Work Records with or without the full Work Order Management Module.

  1. From the Tree Details form
    • This method can be used to add Work Records to one single tree at a time.
  2. From the Tree Inspections form
    • This method can be used to add Work Records to one single tree at a time.
  3. From the Work Records Data Table
    • This method can be used to add Work Records to one single tree or multiple trees at one time.
  4. From a Work Order
    • This method can be used to add Work Records to one single tree or multiple trees at one time.

Known Limitations: 

  • Depending on the User role, the user may not be able to add Work Records due to the permissions in place. We always suggest checking out the permissions that the user has access to when creating a new user.
