Release Notes 9/16/20

Feature – New Cookie Notification feature that notifies users of cookies and allows them to select specific types of cookies to allow.
Bug – Fixed Uploader view for multi checkbox fields.
Change – Increased the width of the Tree Inspections and Work History in the tree details form.
Bug – Fixed Reference Layer Importer layers not appearing in some cases for users limited to a single organization.
