How to Change/Reset Your Password

Changing Your Password

To change your password, go to Hub->Admin-> Account-> Manage Account->Change Password. Here you can change the password and/or email associated with your username. Enter the information that you would like to change and then click submit.

Forgot Password or Username – (only shows up if logged out)

If you have forgotten your password, go to Hub->Admin-> Account->Forgot Password. Here, you can enter your username and PlanIT Geo will send a code to the email address associated with your account. Click Send the Reset Code and retrieve the code from your email inbox. You will then be prompted to enter your username, new password, and the reset code sent to your email. When you are finished, click Submit.

If you’ve forgotten the username for your account, you can enter your email and have a reminder sent to you.
