You can conduct tree appraisals using the Melbourne Appraisal Method right from within your TreePlotter™ application. If you have the module, you will have an additional Appraisal tab with all the necessary fields.

The Base Value is populated based on the trees’s DBH[cm] field and the Base Value table. You can update the Base Value table through the Lookup Table Editor (Hub>Data Tools>Lookup Table Editor).
Note: Only Base Value amounts can be edited. The ranges cannot be changed and new ranges cannot be added.
In order to get a final Appraisal value, populate all the fields, including any extra costs. If there are no additional costs, enter zeroes for the values. Once all the fields are populated, a Total Tree, Removal & Replacement cost will be generated.
