This tool allows you to create a detailed report of your TreePlotter™ INVENTORY data in text form. Select how many trees should be printed per page. The amount of information available to display per tree decreases as more trees are printed on the page. Please contact Support (email@example.com) if you would like to discuss having different fields displayed. Give the report a title. Check “Use Applied Filter” to restrict the results to the filter currently in use. Click on “Run Report”.
The report has a cover page and then the tree detail for each tree. Click on the “Hide” option to hide each section not required. Click on “Show” to enable it once more.
Where there is room for a photo or map to be displayed, you can choose whether the photo is one uploaded to it, the street view or the map view. Simply click the Hide button next to the map or photos to hide those features.
Once the report is ready, go back to the top and click on the “Print” button.
The report can also be shared by sending the URL. The recipient can then see the report without having to log in to TreePlotter.
Note: Make sure you have your pop up blocker disabled before opening the Tree Report.
There are four tree report options with different features available: 1 per page, 2 per page, and 3 per page tree report options which have a limit of 50 trees per report and include Google map views, street view, and photos. There is also a 6 per page report option which has a 1000 tree per report limit but does not include Google map views, street views, or photos.
Note: If you would like your 1per page, 2 per page, or 3 per page tree reports to include more than the allotted 50 tree limit contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org for customization details. To increase the report limit, the map or street view can be taken out of the report, however the photos will still be available to view.
